CheckIT ©  is the software solution for making statistical control centralized and able to communicate with the company management system.

It does not require specific scales for statistical control, because it integrates with one or more NAWI non-automatic scales from which it retrieves all the weighing data.
It is possible to enter a predetermined tare.

Using a touch screen device, the operator can enter simple additional data, while the quality manager can remotely check the jobs in real time, without the need to stop the production line and making it possible to instantly correct any errors.

The software can be integrated with the company management system.

The software is accessible from a browser from any device and at any time, thus eliminating the risk of data loss in case of installation on a single computer.

Statistical control without an operator (i.e. dynamic) typically generates a number of problems.

• High Production Speed: Inline dynamic weighing is often unable to weigh at very high production speeds.
• Non-weighable parts: with dynamic automatic weighing, some products with non-weigable parts are difficult to manage (e.g. mozzarella must be weighed but the liquid in which it is contained cannot)
• Errors caused by packaging: dynamic weighing can have weight errors if the packaging has particular formats (e.g. bags of grated cheese can turn around and not be weighed correctly)
