What is WeightIT

WeightIT© is a combined hardware and software solution to make the weighing of incoming and outgoing vehicles completely automated and integrated with the company processes and managing systems.

It works with the internet

A browser is enough: you don’t need to install any program on any machine because we have chosen to offer maximum flexibility.
It works on any PC and from any office, even located in a different place.
A single WeighIT installation is able to manage all the weighbridges located inside a plant.

Instructions and controls

WeightIT© can also be programmed to provide the driver with instructions on where to unload/load the goods, provide the necessary access authorizations,
carry out an outgoing check to verify the correctness of the declared weight.

Talk to the warehouse

If integrated with the company management system, it autonomously adds/deletes the material from the warehouse.

Manage the entry and exit of the trucks

You can provide internal drivers with an identification badge to complete the weighing autonomously.

By adding traffic lights, barriers and license plate readers, it can moreover manage access and exit for external drivers with no need for a dedicated operator.

Each company will be able to customize the level of automation to be implemented, according to its needs.

Store the data you want

You can enrich the information relating to weighing in any way: processing shifts, type of material, communications to the warehouse, etc… No limits to customization.

Remote assistance

In the event of errors or malfunctions, we can intervene quickly from our office. Without going to the customer.

WeightIT integrates with

Touch screen

The screen shows the procedures and guides the operator during weighing. In this way, the operator can manage multiple weighbridges and multiple entrances from his office at the same time.

Totem

Positioned at the beginning/end of the weighbridge, the totem can be the tool that communicates with the driver, regulates access and provides the necessary information to the company system.

Cameras

Can be integrated to automatically read license plates, and monitor from remote the scale (e.g. verify that the truck is correctly positioned on the weighbridge).

Traffic lights/bars

Can be integrated upon request, to manage entry/exit of vehicles in complete safety.

Video intercom

Can be integrated upon request, to allow direct interaction with the offices.

EASY VERSION

Something simpler?

We have created WeightIT Easy©: a touch monitor connected via cable to the weighbridge.

It is installed nearby the weighbridge or in a near office and requires an operator to carry out the weighing process.

WeightIT Easy© is the entry level solution to manage vehicle weighing digitally.

Even with WeightIT Easy© you receive remote assistance without having to wait for physical intervention.

PUBLIC WEIGHBRIDGE

Management of public weighing, remotely

We have created a special version of WeightIT© for the remote management of public weighbridges.

Each driver communicates autonomously with the totem available on site to carry out the weighing, receive the receipt and make the payment.
