Calibration of the weighing system

During scale calibration, ranges, calibration points and gravity values are defined. The entire calibration process can be managed by an operator remotely.

Metric sealing of the weighing system

Through a dedicated web page it is possible to manage the digital sealing of the indicator.

The page allows the generation of a request to apply or remove the digital indicator seal (subject to authorization).

The entire load cell sealing process can be managed by an operator remotely.

Load cell management (identification and equalization)

ScaleIT identifies each load cell by its serial number and assigns it an address.

Various operations can then be performed including: equalizing the cells and setting the zero point.

CE Initial Verification

ScaleIT, properly connected to an internet network, also allows you to perform Initial Verification remotely in hybrid mode

How it connects

ScaleIT connects, through your Ethernet network, to one or more load cells.

The operator, then, can interact with the load cells via the Web, using any connected device: PC, tablet or smartphone, regardless of operating system.

Weight-FAST©

Manage your scales from your smartphone

Weight-FAST© is the software that amplifies and digitizes the functions of compact scales with a load capacity of up to 3000 kg (wheel scales, dynamometers, laboratory scales, etc.).

The software can be installed on any PC, it connects to the scale via serial or IP interface allowing you to:

  • manage the scale remotely
  • record and file the weighs
  • manage tare and zero of the scale
  • print weighing data
  • produce CSV files containing all weighing data

Compatible with Dini Argeo scales and weight indicators.

In active mode the scale is used alongside the computer from which it is possible to display the weight of the scale, save it, zero it or carry out the tare.

The software also allows you to view the graph showing each weigh carried out and import the archives from the scale or computer and modify them directly from your PC.

In passive mode the computer is positioned away from the weighing instrument and is only used to display a log of the weighs which is updated every time the print key is pressed on the scale.

In statistical mode, the software receives data from a scale that carries out statistical sampling and groups the data received into samplings, which can be exported in PDF.

Weight-APP allows you to connect smartphones and scales, via Bluetooth!
It allows you to display the weight, carry out the tare, set the zero before a new weigh, print the weigh and restart the weight indicator.

Particularly useful with platform scales or dynamometers as it allows you to view the weight even from a distance, directly from your smartphone.

Compatible with Dini Argeo weight indicators.
